SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Astrobricks. Here's everything you
need to know about how and when your order arrives.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are
not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a
confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email
with tracking once it ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–18 business days
Please note these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times
may vary due to customs, local carriers, weather, or peak periods.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on all orders over $80
- A flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout for
orders under $80
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set
by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and
are not included in the product or shipping price.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not
responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address,
though we'll always do our best to help.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, reach out
to us at contact@astrobricks.store and we'll help track it down.
